Mauderer Alutechnik is your expert for aluminium welding. We manufacture and assemble complete welded constructions up to 500 kg and erect complete systems for diverse lines of industry. Accreditation according to EU codes and test appraisals confirm our quality.

We also have at our disposal authorisation to weld supporting elements of aluminium (DIN 4113). We hold certifications of the German Technical Control Board and for a variety of other welding techniques (e.g. the German railway, aviation and the German Office of Defence permits).

One of our core competences is the patented (by MTU Friedrichshafen) aluminium welding procedure AGL-DC. This innovative welding procedure enables:

• cost-effective maintenance of aluminium components because of high-speed-welding-procedure
  

• maintenacne and repair of even very thickwalled or heavily damaged aluminium components
  

• welding without preheating of the welded components
  

• processing of aluminium alloys at risk of hot crack
